Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials for each app for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not: modify or copy the materials; use them for any commercial purpose or public display; attempt to reverse engineer any of our apps; remove any copyright or proprietary notations; or transfer the materials to another person. This license terminates upon violation of these restrictions.
Some of our apps may offer one-time purchases or auto-renewing subscriptions. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store, and subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings. All payments and refunds are handled entirely by Apple in accordance with the App Store terms; we do not process payments or issue refunds directly. Refund requests should be submitted to Apple. We may use RevenueCat to manage and validate purchases and entitlements.
All the materials are provided "as is". We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and negate all other warranties.
We will not be held accountable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the materials on our apps.
We may revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. By using any of our apps, you agree to be bound by the current version.

We do not collect or require users to enter personal information when using our products. We do not collect personal information from children. We might read non-personal information (such as network connection or device status) for product development and service improvement.
We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

We may use analytics tools and third-party advertising SDKs (such as Google AdMob or AppLovin) in our applications. Where an application offers in-app purchases or subscriptions, we may use RevenueCat to manage and validate those purchases. All payment processing and refunds are handled entirely by Apple; we do not receive or store your payment card details. These services operate under their own privacy policies.
We may provide links to third-party websites. Our Privacy Policy does not apply to those sites.
We may amend this privacy policy from time to time by posting the amended policy. We encourage users to review it frequently.
